Renaissance, a revitalization of classical thinking, marked the transition from
medieval times to modern times.
Essential Question:
What
was life like for people during the Renaissance?
The
Task:
You are either a Renaissance woman in
England or a child growing up during the Renaissance. You will create one journal entry as either a
Renaissance woman or a Renaissance child (you may be either Nobility or Common). In this entry, you must include the following
information:

The name of the person
writing the journal (research common names and choose one)
·
Year that you are
writing the journal
·
Description of your
daily life: what do you do? Who takes care of you? Do you go to school? What will you do for work when you grow
up? What is your family like?
·
Some of the information
can be made up with your own creativity but it must be factually based.

Your journal entry should be at least
1-2 pages (CTP) and ½ page for Standard, size 12 font, double spaced.
